The Brief

Having worked at the highest levels of government with world leaders, Northstar Advisory offer insight that other firms can’t, providing bespoke advice directly and discreetly to only a few clients. They needed a simple and professional website that reflected the current, forward-thinking nature of the business. With personal and trustworthy being key values for them, the balance was delivering something corporate, but not cold.

The Approach

The logo has a clean and modern feel, with a clear narrative of guiding businesses in the right direction. The concept integrates elements of a compass rose into the ‘N’, with the same angles cut into key ascenders for a unified logotype and to reinforce the sense of trajectory.

The website needed to be clear, confident and present their unique positioning and services at a high-level. Built on Squarespace, I built a long-scrolling landing page to drive enquiries, and complete with an easy to manage blog template and sales page for their weekly report.

“We have had great feedback on the website from clients, and in short, it does exactly what we wanted it to but didn't know how to achieve it.

Tanya took time at the outset to understand who we were and what we wanted to achieve. When we had ideas, Tanya made them better. When we didn't, for example on branding or design, Tanya understood us well enough to produce great creative options quickly.

Tanya was extremely responsive and clear about what she was delivering, when, and what she needed from us. The whole process was professional and painless.”
