Hi, I’m Tanya (aka Leapdog Design), a visual identity and Squarespace website designer, born and based in North London.
With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with various creative, client services and project management remits, I understand how to balance great design with real-world practicality.
I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Jewellery and Silversmithing, and I have always been obsessed with craftsmanship and functionality. For me, great design is just visual problem-solving, diving into your story and transforming it into something that not only connects emotionally with your customers, but also feels deeply personal to you.

Leapdog Design was born in 2023 out of my passion for supporting small business owners take that first leap - providing thoughtful, budget-friendly design solutions to give startups the boost to get where they want to be.

A little more about me
I’m a mum of two boys, one pup and a hamster, so we’re never short of energy in the house! (Theirs).
I’m married to an Aussie, and after many years fighting the good fight I've graciously conceded the yeast spread battle, and embraced the 'no worries' philosophy when it comes to life juggling.
I actually started university doing Fine Art, but after a year, I found myself more interested in making the canvases than painting on them. Which led me down a more hands-on, functional design path.
I make a mean cocktail!
Here’s how to whip up my fav -
a whisky sour:
50ml whisky
35ml fresh lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
1 egg white (or aquafaba for vegans)
A dash of Angostura bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a
chilled glass. Garnish with a
twist of lemon peel.
